WHY IT EXISTS
A research tool that tells you why it is showing you something.
I spent about five years trading Nifty options before I became a developer, and the tools I used had three problems: stale data that looked live, signals with no rule behind them, and blank values quietly filled in with zeros. I built The Rookie Traders for the version of me from back then. It computes its analytics once a minute, tells you when it last updated, and explains every scanner match in plain English.
What I did
Built alone: the data pipeline, the backend, the interface and the deployment. I also did a full security pass on it before letting anyone else sign in.

WHAT I FOCUSED ON
Compute once, show everyone the same thing
The heavy maths runs once a minute and gets stored. The API just reads it and applies each user’s thresholds. Everyone sees the same numbers, and the cost of running it doesn’t grow with the number of users. The trade-off is up to a minute of delay, which I show on screen rather than hide.
It cannot place a trade
This is a research and journaling tool, on purpose. The broker connection is read-only and there is a test that fails the build if any order-placing method ever appears in the code. I don’t want to be one bug away from moving someone’s money.
